Good one, had written on these lines back when I had the same realization: “You are not your mind. The mind doesn't want you to be free.

It will bombard you with thoughts when you need them the least.

It will love that you procrastinate and dwell on your mistortunes.

It fears that you might take action and get so absorbed in whatever you do that you forget about it.

Your mind is a child. It wants attention. All the time.

But it's up to you to decide when it deserves your attention.

Don't fall prey to your mind. Don't let it rule your life.

Grab it, tame it and put it in a cage.

Let it out only when you're at leisure and want to enjoy what it shows you.

Remember, you are not your mind.”
